Breakfast is available each day from 07:00 to 09:00.

In fine weather you can enjoy breakfast on the balcony with a view of the river.
After your arrival in Berlin take the S-Bahn (city train) to Grünau (10 minutes from Schönefeld Airport or 35 minutes from Berlin Hauptbahnhof - main station). From the train station either take the tram or walk along the Wassersport Allee for 300 metres.Turn left into Regatta Straße, then after 100 metres, right into Rießerseestraße. After 50 metres, take a left into Dahme Straße; after 100 metres you will find the hotel.
Reception is open from 09:00 to 21:00, Monday to Saturday. Please contact the hotel in advance if you intend to arrive any later.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
